ERAD is Shurfat’s real-estate asset management arm, and the idea behind it is a simple one: a good property opportunity should not be limited to people who have the time to run it.

What keeps most people out of property investment is not only the capital — it is everything after it: finding a tenant, collecting rent, maintenance, and following all of it month after month. ERAD takes the asset on for its owner: studying it before they commit, managing it once they own it, and reporting on how it performs.

What ERAD handles

• Studying the asset and estimating its return before recommending it.
• Letting, collection and contract management.
• Maintenance that protects the asset’s value over the long term.
• Regular reporting, so an owner knows where they stand rather than where they were projected to.

We publish no projected returns and no performance figures here. Every opportunity is studied on its own, and its numbers are put in front of the investor in the opportunity document itself, where the assumptions behind them can be read. A percentage shown with no asset and no date attached is read as a promise, and it is not one.
