We are a development and real-estate investment company that works a whole cycle: we look for the opportunity, study it, develop it, then operate it and manage the asset. Working here does not mean seeing one stage of a project and moving on — it means seeing what your decision did to it years after handover.
A whole cycle, not one stage
From a promising opportunity to lasting returns, every opportunity here runs through a known seven-stage path. Anyone working in one stage knows the stage before it and the one after, because the result is measured at the end of the path rather than halfway along it.
Quality is judged on site
Our build standards are written down and specific — from the Saudi Building Code and insulation to double glazing and final finishes — and work is judged against them rather than against how it is described. Anyone used to being held to that level will be held to it here.
Published goals with a date on them
The company publishes goals to 2030 for development, operation and the number of people it helps to invest. Working towards them has a clear measure: a project either moves a published figure or it does not — a question anyone here can ask about their own work.

Our three values are not a plaque on an office wall. They are the standard we hire against and review work against.
We are devoted to our work
We look for people who finish what they start, hold themselves to the standard before anyone asks, and say so when something cannot be done rather than letting it surface at a more expensive stage.
We deal well with people
A client, a contractor and a colleague are one standard of conduct, not three. Most of our work runs through partners outside the company, and anyone whose manner changes with who can do something for them is in the wrong role here.
We share sustainable success
Success here is measured by what holds up after the first years of operation, not by what is celebrated on handover day. We look for people who measure their own work the same way and are content to be reviewed on it.
