1. 1.About this site

   This site is owned and operated by Shurfat Real Estate Development, based in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Its purpose is to introduce the company and its projects and to provide a way of contacting it.

2. 2.Using the site

   You may browse the site and use its content for your own information. In return you undertake not to:

   • use it for any purpose contrary to the laws in force in the Kingdom.
   • attempt to reach parts of it that are not public, or disrupt or overload the service.
   • harvest its content or contact details by automated means without written permission.
   • submit false information through its forms, or another person’s details without their knowledge.

   All text, images, designs, plans and trade marks on this site are owned by Shurfat Real Estate Development or licensed to it, and are protected by intellectual property law. They may not be copied, republished or used commercially without our written permission. Brief quotation with attribution remains acceptable.

4. 4.Nothing here is an offer or a contract

   Project information published on this site is for introduction and guidance only. Images, plans, areas and designs shown are illustrative and may differ from what is actually built, for technical or regulatory reasons.

   None of it constitutes an offer, a binding proposal, or a guarantee that a unit is available, of its price, or of its delivery date. No contractual relationship arises between you and the company except by a written contract signed by both parties, which alone governs the details and the obligations.

5. 5.Enquiry and callback forms

   When you submit a form or request a callback you authorise us to contact you on the number you provide, by telephone, SMS or WhatsApp. You may ask us to stop at any time.

   We make every effort to reply promptly, but submitting a form does not create an obligation to reply within a set period or to reserve a unit. Your data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.

   The site may link you to sites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
